Project Goal
Conceptualization, program management, and HIPAA/TCPA compliance delivery for a major health insurer's telehealth initiative targeting vulnerable populations, beginning with behavioral health. The application design had to both satisfy the sensitive nature of behavioral health, as well as the device constraints of the economically marginalized target audience.
